This notice explains how Eczema Doc handles the details you send us through this website, our enquiry form and WhatsApp.
What we collect
When you contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, and any details you choose to share about your or your child's eczema.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange your consultation. Health details are processed for the purposes of providing healthcare. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
- Our website and enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf.
- Form submissions are emailed to our clinical admin team.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta).
- Once you book, your clinical record is held in our secure clinical system.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Clinical records are kept in line with UK medical record retention requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing admin@eczema-doc.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
