How our online eczema clinic works
Simple, online, and supervised by a doctor at every step. Here is what happens from your first message to long-term control.
1. Get in touch
Fill in the form or message us on WhatsApp. We will arrange your appointment, usually the same day. No referral is needed.
2. Video consultation
Your clinician talks through your eczema, what you have already tried and how it affects daily life, and looks at the skin by video. It helps to have:
- photos of the skin on a bad day
- a list of the creams and medicines you have used
- any allergies and other health conditions
3. Personalised plan and prescription
If treatment is appropriate, you receive an individual plan and prescription. Where suitable, this may include the Aron Regimen®. You will know exactly what to apply, how much and for how long.
4. Follow-up
We review your progress at around 2 and 4 weeks and adjust treatment. The aim is to keep eczema controlled with the minimum treatment needed. After that, an annual review helps keep it that way.

Common questions
Is an online consultation as good as face to face?
For eczema, a careful history and a good look at the skin, with photos from a bad day, is usually all that is needed. If you need to be seen in person, we will tell you.
What do I need for the video call?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, somewhere with good light, and ideally some photos of the skin when it is at its worst.
