It's one of the first questions American patients ask, so here's the honest answer.

Our doctor consults with you by video telemedicine. During your consultation, we register you with Physician 360, our US prescribing partner. You'll receive your access link before we finish the call.

Your prescription is then prepared by Medivera, a compounding pharmacy that makes each preparation individually and ships it directly to you.

You don't have to find another doctor, sign up for multiple services, or explain your case twice. We handle the process with you from consultation through treatment.

How it works

1. Book

Contact us via the what’s app button or email address below.

Register onto our patient portal. Inform us once done and we will offer you the next available video consultation, aligned to your time zone.

Same-day, evening and early-morning appointments are available.

2. Consultation

We meet by video.

You'll upload photographs of your eczema beforehand so we can review them together during your consultation.

Our doctor will discuss your eczema, symptoms, previous treatments and medical history, explain what they think is happening and recommend an appropriate treatment plan.

3. Prescription

During the consultation, we register you with Physician 360, our US prescribing partner.

Where treatment is appropriate, your prescription is sent to Medivera, which compounds your treatment individually according to your treatment plan and ships it directly to you.

4. Review

Your treatment doesn't simply end with the first prescription.

We meet again at two weeks and four weeks to see how your skin is responding and adjust your treatment as needed.

This matters because your regimen is personalised and adjusted as your eczema changes, rather than simply being prescribed once and left unchanged.

What we treat — and what we don't

This may be a good fit if:

  • Topical steroids help briefly, but your eczema keeps coming back

  • You've been told to keep using emollients and wait for things to improve

  • Your eczema is poorly controlled despite previous treatment

  • Infection keeps recurring, or your skin is weeping or crusting

  • You're concerned about long-term steroid use and want a structured treatment plan

  • You're considering systemic treatment and would like to explore other options first

  • Your eczema is affecting your sleep, confidence or everyday life

We may not be the right clinic if:

  • You're not sure that your condition is eczema (free diagnosis is available)

  • You need an in-person examination

  • You require patch testing, a biopsy or another investigation that cannot be performed remotely

  • You have a condition requiring urgent or emergency medical care

What is the Aron Regimen®?

Where clinically appropriate, your treatment may include the Aron Regimen®, a personalised topical treatment approach developed by dermatologist Dr Richard Aron.

Depending on the individual patient, treatment may involve a compounded preparation containing a topical corticosteroid, antimicrobial and moisturising base.

The treatment is adjusted according to your eczema and your clinical response.

It is not a one-size-fits-all treatment.

What does it cost?

Initial consultation — $250

This includes your online consultation with our doctor and assessment of your eczema.

Any separate US prescribing or pharmacy costs will be explained clearly before treatment.
